Natural Artery-Cleaning Remedy to Protect Your Heart

The modern hectic life has resulted in the development of various cardio-vascular diseases which are the leading cause of many deaths all around the world. These conditions are a set of disorders that have been associated to the heart and blood vessels and eventually lead to having a heart attack or stroke.

The terminal consequences of these conditions can be prevented as in 80% of these cases they occur as a result of bad lifestyle. Therefore, if the person changes its lifestyle and diet in time the risk of a heart attack and stroke are significantly lower.

There are beneficial foods for the function of the cardiovascular system like the lemon and garlic that are powerful enough to protect the body from heart block.

Heart block

This condition is manifested by a dysfunction of the heart rhythm. Namely, it slows down or interrupts the electrical signal between the atria of the heart and its ventricles. This signal causes the contraction of the heart muscle and thus the proper heart beat. The normal heart rate is 60 beats per minute, and anything below this represents a case of bradycardia.

This condition can affect both young and old, in fact even babies can have this disorder. The heart block can be manifested in three degrees, here they are:

1st Degree Heart Block

This is the mild degree that may not even show symptoms. The electrical signals are really slow, but they still reach the ventricles.

2nd Degree Heart Block

It is manifested by a very slow heart rate with possible irregularities. In this case the signals do not fully reach the ventricles and there is a risk of interrupting certain heartbeats.

3rd Degree Heart Block

This is the most serious type of blockage as not even one electrical signal reaches the ventricles. Fortunately, the body has its own natural backup system that can take over the ventricles. Nonetheless, the heart rate is longer and more irregular than normal.

The second and third degree reveal symptoms like chest pain, fatigue, dizziness, fainting, and shortness of breath.
