  • Half a cup of lemon juice
  • A quarter teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of shaved agar-agar
  • 2 cups of organic coconut milk
  • Stevia or raw honey (at your own preference)

Instructions:

Combine the coconut milk, lemon juice and vanilla in a bowl.

In a saucepan pour half a cup of water along with the agar-agar. Once it boils, turn off the heat.

Next, include either the stevia or raw honey. Then add the coconut milk, lemon and vanilla mixture to the mixture and whisk it till you obtain a smooth texture. Transfer the preparation into 3 to 5 small glass containers and cool it in a fridge.

Note:

People suffering from citrus allergies, gastric, biliary or renal disorders should not consume lemon.

Agar-Agar should be avoided in cases of intestinal obstruction, diabetes, high cholesterol or if the person who intends to consume is on laxative treatment.
