  • If you are below 60 years of age, you need to do the following calculation: weight x 30 ml of water
  • If you are over 60 years of age, then calculate it in this way: weight x 25ml of water
  • If you follow a sports activity, then you should drink on average between 3.1 and 3.5 liters per day. The body hydration can also come from the fruits and vegetables and from the other beverages. Yet, this cannot reduce the amount of water you are supposed to drink on daily basis.
