Mosquitoes can be responsible for spreading many diseases. As you already know they feed on blood and it is quite possible to bite animals or men infected with diseases. Other serious infection as a result of mosquito bites is malaria. It can be manifested by nausea, sweating, chills, and in serious cases it can cause respiratory distress, disruption of some other vital organs, convulsions and loss of consciousness.

Ticks can also trigger many other serious health issues like paralysis, muscle weakness, disruption of the nervous system and respiratory concerns. These insects are also fed on blood, but unlike the mosquitoes they stay on the skin for several days and thus cause many issues.

Likewise, certain flying insects can cause serious health concerns by sucking the blood and thus releasing a very dangerous substance. This can cause the itching and swelling of the affected area but as well as block the airways and reduce the blood pressure.
