Thursday

  • Zucchini and cabbage

Dinner:

  • 2 eggs
  • White cheese 0% fat
  • Spinach

Friday

Lunch:

  • Lemon chicken
  • Zucchini spaghetti
  • Celery

Dinner:

  • Salmon rolls
  • A bowl of mixed salad

Saturday

Lunch:

  • 2 eggs
  • Broccoli
  • 1 grapefruit

Dinner:

  • Chicken steak
  • A bowl of green salad

Sunday

Lunch:

  • Chicken aiguillets, grilled
  • Tomatoes

Dinner:

  • A bowl of veggie soup, free of added fat
  • White fish

Note:
