Needed Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of chicken breast, organic and GMO-free
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 5 spring onion stems, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, nicely chopped
  • 1 cup of edamame or beans
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut paste
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice

Method of Preparation:

Prepare the chicken in a skillet with a little bit of sesame oil. Previously season the chicken with salt and pepper. Cook it for around 4 minutes on low heat, and after that remove it from heat. Once it is cool enough cut it into pieces and set it aside.

Here it is how to prepare the cauliflower rice:

First you need to grate the cauliflower and cook it over medium heat till it becomes tender. Drizzle a little bit of sesame oil on it.
