  • 125 grams of cottage cheese
  • 1 slice of whole meal bread
  • 1 grapefruit

Dinner meal:

  • 125 grams of white meat
  • 1 slice of whole meal bread
  • 1 orange
  • 1 herbal infusion, free of sugar

5th Day:

Breakfast meal:

  • Any fruit, the one you prefer

Lunch meal:

  • 200 grams of white meat
  • 1 slice of whole meal bread
  • 1 tomato

Dinner meal:

  • 1 pan of fried potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Peas

Note: After the 5-day period you need to make a break of 2 days with this diet, and then continue with it.

Warning:

Although very beneficial and effective this protein diet is not recommended for people with following health issues:

  • Type 1 diabetes
  • Kidney or liver failure
  • Heart failure
