1st Day

Breakfast meal:

  • 1 Greek yogurt or a cup of almond milk with a cup of green tea.

Snack:

Lunch meal:

  • Grilled white fish

2nd Day

Breakfast meal:

  • 1 glass of almond milk or a plain yoghurt
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup of green tea

Snack:

  • 1 grapefruit

Lunch meal:

  • 200 g of grilled chicken breast
  • A bowl of vegetable soup consisted of carrots, potatoes, beans, peppers, onions, and celery

Snack:

  • A handful of nuts

Dinner meal:

  • A green smoothie made of bananas, almonds, berries, spinach, kale, and cucumber
  • A beetroot and carrot salad
  • A cup of nettle tea

Additional tip: Season your salads with lemon juice and olive oil. Make sure to properly hydrate your body.
