Recipe of Super Healthy and Tasty Cauliflower Pizza

Needed Ingredients:

  • A head of cauliflower
  • 4 fresh eggs
  • 2 cups of mozzarella
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 3 teaspoons of oregano
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions:

First preheat the oven at 210 degrees. Take two pizza pans and then spread baking paper on them. Now prepare the dough.

The cauliflower needs to be cut into bouquets, and then place it in a blender and mix till you obtain a texture similar to rice. Transfer the blended cauliflower in a container and cover it. Steam it for around 15 minutes, and after that leave it to cool off. Next, add the eggs, mozzarella, oregano, minced garlic, and season it with salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer till you get a homogeneous texture. Pour the mixture in the pizza pans and cook it for at least 25 minutes. Once it becomes slightly browned, put a little bit of mozzarella for a more melting taste. Cook for another 5 minutes.
