  • Half a cup of rice
  • 1 bowl
  • Spoon
  • A sieve

  • A paper towel

Instructions:

In a bowl place the ½ cup of rice, then pour water that should be 3 cm above the rice level. Leave the rice to stand in the water for 30 to 60 minutes. The water in the bowl should be cloudy and then separate the water from the rice by using a sieve.

Take a paper towel or some fine cloth, use the scissors to make holes for the eyes and nose. Place the paper towel in the rice water for 10 minutes. After this period take it out very gently, and then use it onto your face. Allow it to stand for at least 10 minutes.

You can use the rice water directly without using a paper towel or cloth.

Ingredients and Things:

  • Rice flour
  • A small potato
  • 1 bowl
  • Spoon
  • A knife
  • A cheese grater

Instructions:

Start with peeling the potato with a knife, and then grate it till you obtain thin slices of it.Squeeze these slices over a bowl in order to obtain the juice. Next, little by little add the rice flour to this juice. Mix everything nicely till you get a smooth paste.

Apply the resulting mixture straight onto your face by using your fingers. Leave the mask to stand for 10 to 20 minutes. After that wash it off with warm water.
