Healthy Recipe for Brownies
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Baking time: 20 minutes
- Half an avocado, mashed
- 120 grams of sweet potato
- 120 milliliters of almond milk
- 100 grams of dark chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, organic
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter, organic
First preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Cook the sweet potato and mash it till it becomes puree. Next, in a food processor put both the sweet potato and avocado puree, then pour the coconut milk, and include the almond butter, agave syrup and cocoa powder. Mix till a thick paste is being created. Once it is nicely mixed add the chocolate chips.
You can use parchment paper or simply grease a bread pan with almond oil. Transfer the mixture in the mold and smooth it with a spoon. Place it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. After that take it out from the oven and leave it aside to cool off. Once it is cold unmold it and cut the brownie cake.
