Natural Remedy against Sinusitis

Needed Ingredients:

  • A quarter cup of apple cider vinegar, unfiltered
  • Half a cup of filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 lemon (the squeezed juice)

Instructions:

Start with boiling some water and then transfer it into a large cup. Next, pour the apple cider vinegar and mix everything nicely.
