Remove All Toxins That Poison Your Body with This 2-Day Detox Program

Our body is constantly impacted by the influence of toxins starting from the food we eat, the air we breathe in and form some of the nasty habits that we incorporate in our lifestyle. In this way we are just pushing the body organs like the liver and kidneys to work harder in order to purify the body from all the toxins.

However, in time these organs get overwhelmed with the impact of toxins and their proper functions get substantially impeded that leads to a body with build-up toxins. This will eventually lead to the occurrence of many health issues, therefore it is of vital importance to detox our body from time to time.

As a result of the intake of harmful substances like tobacco, alcohol, saturated fats, processed foods, preservatives, dyes, and additives, the body cannot function accordingly. In such case we experience chronic fatigue, migraines, sleep disorders, digestive issues, or skin disorders.

In order to prevent all these symptoms that a polluted body sends we need to follow a detox treatment that is based on draining foods which are a great source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties thus boosting the functions of the liver, kidneys, lungs, intestines, and skin.

Detox Body Organs

Liver – accountable for sorting, filtering and removing waste

Kidneys – in charge of filtering, diluting and removing toxins

Intestines – responsible for the evacuation of the toxins through the stool

Lungs – eliminate the harmful particles

Skin – the largest body organ eliminates the toxins by sebum and sweat

A detox treatment needs to be based on the choice of proper foods that can improve the function of the body and at the same time cleanse it, enhance its capacity and flush out the toxins. Here is one detox program that allows that and lasts only for two days.
