Remove All Toxins That Poison Your Body with This 2-Day Detox Program

Our body is constantly impacted by the influence of toxins starting from the food we eat, the air we breathe in and form some of the nasty habits that we incorporate in our lifestyle. 2-Day Detox Guideline

First day:

Breakfast meal:

  • Half a cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of green tea without sugar

Lunch meal:

  • 2 cups of arugula and tomato salad drizzled with lemon juice and olive oil
  • 250g of grilled whiting along with an average portion of Swiss chard and potatoes
  • 1 banana and 1 kiwi

Snack:

  • 1 apple
  • A handful of nuts or pumpkin seeds
  • 180ml of plain yoghurt

Dinner meal:

  • 150g of grilled tuna along with half a cup of steamed spinach or broccoli
  • 2 cups of salad with arugula and tomatoes
  • 1 piece of whole meal bread
  • 1 herbal tea with anise
  • 1 square of dark chocolate

Second day:

Breakfast meal:

  • 1 bowl of an oatmeal porridge sugar-free (with almond milk and sprinkled with flaxseed)
  • 1 cup of green tea without sugar
  • 1 pear

Lunch meal:

  • 200g of grilled chicken accompanied with a cup of fermented cabbage like sauerkraut
  • 1 serving of vegetable soup (based on carrots, celery, potatoes, and peppers)
  • 1 kiwi

Snack:

  • 1 apple
  • A handful of cashews and almonds
  • 1 serving of kefir

Dinner meal:

  • 1 salad of beetroot drizzled with lemon juice
  • 1 piece of carrot cake
  • 1 cup of nettle tea

Have in mind:

Proper hydration on daily basis is of vital importance during this detox treatment. You should consume plenty of water or herbal teas or detox waters. You can prepare the latter ones by putting slices of fruits, vegetables, and herbs (like cucumber, strawberry, lemon, mint, and so on) in water and infuse it at least for 1 to 2 hours.

Caution:

This treatment is followed only once or twice a month.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women, diabetics, people suffering from digestive disorders and kidney and liver issues should not use this detox treatment.

Some drugs may interact with some of the ingredients during the detox and because of that it is always best first to seek for an advice from your doctor and then follow a detox treatment.
