Due to the occurrence of acne they limit themselves in contacting other people as they feel embarrassed of their appearance and are not confident enough to communicate with their peers.

Gluten can hamper the proper production of hormones and thus cause skin inflammation resulting in acne. As a result of that more people in the world follow gluten-free diets.

Nowadays a wide range of dairy products have in their content synthetic hormones which are unnecessary contribution to the ones that we already have in our body. The excess of hormones can lead to skin inflammation.

  1. Vegetable, sunflower and safflower oil

This food product has in its content phyto-oestrogens that can disrupt the levels of our hormones. Soy is very present in a wide range of food products, and because of that we need to check the labels regularly to see if the designated product contains soy.
