Recipe of Diet Pasta – Eggplant Pinnae
This dish is very healthy, but at the same time very tasty.
- 300 g of fresh pinneas
- 2 eggplants, medium size
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 red peppers
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 lemon (the squeezed juice)
- Salt and pepper
Step 1: Prepare the vegetables
First you need to nicely wash the vegetables, and then clean the peppers from the pips and white parts and seeds. Next, slice them into thin pieces. Take the eggplants, remove their ends and cut them into thin slices. Wash and chop the basil.
Step 2: Cook the vegetables
