Giant cookie with Nutella “house”
- 1 egg
- One and a quarter cup of white wheat flour
***we recommend to a mixture of equal parts of chestnut flour and rice flour and thus replace the wheat flour. This mixture is more digestible and very tasty.
- Half a cup of unrefined cane sugar
- A quarter cup of coconut oil, fondue
- Half to 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
- Half a cup of chopped walnuts
- Half a teaspoon of baking soda
- A quarter teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 350 g homemade Nutella (find the recipe below)
Preparation of the cookies:
First you need to preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Take a bowl, and as first ingredients add the egg, sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix them till you get smooth texture. Next, add the flour, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix the ingredients in order to form dough.
Now, in a hinged mold, spread half of the dough by squeezing it in the bottom and on the edges. On top of it add the homemade Nutella by spreading it on the surface of the dough. In the end spread the other half of the dough and place the mold in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes.

Recipe of Homemade Nutella
- 170 g of hazelnut puree
- 120 g of dark chocolate
- 10 cl of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation of Nutella:
First combine the chocolate and almond milk, but first place them in a bain-marie till the chocolate is nicely melted. After that, include the other ingredients.You can mix it either by hand or with a blender in order to get a more homogeneous mix.
You can use it for one week if you keep it at room temperature or for one month if you store it in your fridge.
