Eliminate All Waste from Your Body with This Weekend Detox Program

The body is constantly being affected by the toxins from the food we consume, from the air we breathe in and from the various products we use. In addition to all these influences, the toxic free radicals can be formed by the body itself due to anxiety, stress, negative emotions and emotional disturbances. In order to keep our health at optimal level we should do regular detox of our body.

Body Detox

The main reason for most of the diseases is the buildup of toxins in the body. Conditions like headaches, migraines, stomach issues, autoimmune diseases, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, premature aging, skin issues and food allergies are result of the presence of toxins in our bodies.

They are result of the oxidative stress which is aggression and transformation of cells caused by imbalance in the body between antioxidant and pro-oxidant molecules. The latter one triggers oxidative stress by elevating the free radicals production and the vicious cycle starts to which contributes the excessive presence of toxins and waste in the body.

For that reason we need to perform a body detox regularly, especially we should cleanse body organs like the liver, small intestine, kidneys and colon. The first ones on the list for detox are your kidneys and colon as they are accountable for the transport of toxic waste out of the body.
