Required Ingredients:

  • A quarter cup of goat’s milk

***you can use vegetable milk as well

  • 10 cloves of organic garlic, nicely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of pure organic honey
  • 1 cup of filtered water

Method of Preparation:

Take a saucepan, and in it pour the milk and water. Next, include the garlic cloves, and bring the mixture to a boil. The mixture needs to lose at least half of its volume, and then you should turn off the heat. Leave it aside to cool off. Next, add the honey and start mixing the mixture.

Use: consume this drink half an hour before going to sleep.
