The period between11:00PM – 1:00AM
If you have issues with having a proper sleep at this time, then this is a result of emotional disappointment meaning that you are judging yourself too often. Therefore, try to forgive and accept the way you are. During this time, the energy meridian of the gall bladder is active.
The period between1:00AM – 3:00AM
This is the period when the energy meridian is related to the liver, and this means that you are experiencing anger and have the yang energy. Not being able to sleep during this time means that you are experiencing notions of anger, rage, guilt, and anxiety.
You can try to consume cooling foods or simply connect to your emotions, and make sure to practice self-loving affirmations.
The period between3:00AM – 5:00AM
The lungs are being energized as this is the timeframe when the meridian associated to the lungs is at its strongest level. Waking up at these hours may be an indicationof a blockage or inability to go with the flow and relax.
Try to go mentally with the flow of the Universe by breathing deeplyand thus release your body from the emotional issues you are going through.
The period between5:00AM – 7:00AM
In this period of time the meridian that flows into the large intestine gets activated. The large intestine is in charge of the detox of the digestive system. Hence, if you wake up frequently in these hours, then you are most likely to experience an emotional blockage or carry a heavy emotional burden or you are being restricted in your emotional life.
In order to stop this waking cycle try to calm down, relax, and allow things to go as the way they are and thus release the tension and cleanse the body from the toxins and negative energy.
