The procedure of oil pulling:
This technique is done as a first thing in the morning. Swish a couple of teaspoons of solid organic coconut oil in the mouth, and then let the oil to melt. Swish the oil all around your mouth, through the teeth, and try to do it 20 minutes. Remember not to swallow the oil.
During these 20 minutes, the oil will break through bacteria and plaque, and the body will not have enough time to reabsorb the toxins again. By spitting it out you are actually eliminating all the bacteria and toxins from the mouth. Rinse your mouth with lukewarm water, and then brush the teeth as normal.
If you want to treat severe dental problems or gum infections you should repeat the procedure prior meals throughout the day.
