Put 1 tablespoon of the oil in the mouth, and start swishing it in the mouth for 15-20 minutes, have in mind not to swallow it. After some time the oil will become thinner and whitish. In the end spit it out, and after that rinse the teeth with warm water. After the treatment, brush the teeth as usual.
