- 90 g of walnuts
- 90 g of sesame seeds
- 90 g of sunflower seeds
- 90g of pumpkin seeds
- 90 g of flaxseeds
- 4 eggs
- 100ml water
- Half a teaspoon of baking soda
- Some salt
Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Then whisk the egg whites together with the salt. Next, pour the water and include the baking soda. All of the seeds ground them till they turn into powder similar to flour. Place the resulting powder into the prepared mixture and stir everything nicely. Pre heat you oven at 180 C (350 F), and then put the bread inside of it and bake for around 50 minutes. In this way you will obtain extremely healthy and delicious bread.
